Denise Franchi, EA has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. Enrolled Agents and Attorneys are unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent and what types of tax matters they can handle before the IRS.
Denise attended the
University
of
Toledo
and
Rivier
College
in
Nashua
,
New Hampshire
. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from
Rivier
College
. In 2003 Denise earned her license as an Enrolled Agent, allowing her to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.
Having worked in both public accounting as well as private industry this gives Ms. Franchi diversity in the accounting field. For the last twelve years her focus has been on individual returns. Each year she completes a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education courses in the taxation field.
Over the last 28 years Denise has lived in both
New Hampshire
and
New Jersey
. She now makes her home here in
North Raleigh
with her husband and three children.
